How Subscriptions Work
Subscribing to a Creator
- Visit your favorite creator's profile
- Click the "Subscribe" button
- Review the subscription benefits and price
- Choose your payment method
- Confirm your subscription
- Get instant access to exclusive content
Monthly Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date you subscribed. You'll receive a reminder email before each billing cycle. Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Subscription Benefits
Exclusive Content
Subscribers get access to content that's not available to regular users or coin-only readers. This includes special stories, bonus chapters, and creator updates.
Early Access
Be the first to read new content. Subscribers typically get new chapters 24-48 hours before they're released to the general public.
Community Perks
Join subscriber-only communities where you can interact directly with creators and other fans. Participate in polls, Q&A sessions, and exclusive events.
Managing Your Subscriptions
Viewing Active Subscriptions
To see all your active subscriptions:
- Go to your profile
- Click on "Subscriptions"
- View all creators you're subscribed to
- See next billing dates and amounts
Canceling a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged for the next month
- You can resubscribe anytime
- Your subscription history is preserved
Pausing Subscriptions
Currently, subscriptions cannot be paused. You'll need to cancel and resubscribe when you're ready to resume. We're working on adding a pause feature in the future.
Subscription Terms & Conditions
Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled. You're responsible for managing your subscriptions and canceling before the renewal date if you don't want to be charged.
Price Changes
Creators may change their subscription prices. You'll be notified at least 30 days before any price increase. You can cancel before the new price takes effect if you don't accept the change.
Content Availability
Creators control what content is available to subscribers. Content offerings may change over time. If a creator significantly reduces their content, you may cancel and request a pro-rated refund.
Subscription Benefits
Subscription benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder. Sharing subscription access violates our terms of service.
Creator Discontinuation
If a creator discontinues their subscription service or removes their account:
- Your subscription will be automatically canceled
- You'll receive a pro-rated refund for unused days
- You may retain access to previously released subscriber content
Payment Methods
Subscription payments can be made via:
- Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana)
- Bank transfer (auto-renewal requires card or wallet)
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I subscribe to multiple creators?
Yes! You can subscribe to as many creators as you like. Each subscription is independent and billed separately.
What happens to my subscription if I delete my account?
Deleting your account automatically cancels all subscriptions. No refunds are provided for remaining subscription time.
Can I gift a subscription?
Gift subscriptions are not currently available but are on our roadmap for future development.
Do I still need coins if I'm subscribed?
It depends on the creator. Some creators make all content available to subscribers, while others use a hybrid model where some content still requires coins even for subscribers.
